Through games and improvisations, we explore the present moment, connecting you with yourself, others and your audience. Embracing innocence and wonder, you'll embark on a personal journey to discover your unique sense of humour and truthfulness by listening and being receptive.
Clowning is a rich tradition with many schools of thought. This workshop is NOT about circus clowns - no makeup, tricks, gags or routines. Instead we focus on being rather than doing.

This approach prioritises the pleasure of being yourself in the here and now, and connecting you with your inner child. This workshop offers a mindful way to spend your day.
